I have a question for Gank.

I have a question for Gank.

Postby Gatesy2512 » Fri Jul 18, 2008 4:45 pm

I have stumbled across a poker strategy series called The Micon System by Bryan Micon which mentions yourself as, I believe, a contributor. Is this so? Is this therefore a product that comes with your personal thumbs up?

Many thanks.

This is Brett's brother Bo. It is true Brett and Micon worked on the Micon Systems together, and it seems to be very popular. If you use this link below to buy it, I'll transfer $15 into your full tilt poker account which would split my commission. (you may want to copy and paste the URL or right click to open it in a new window so it doesn't open it inside this forum window and make it hard to see)

http://www.miconsecrets.com/go.php?offer=teachpoker&pid=8

After you buy it private message me with your username.

Hi Bo.

That link sends me to a sign up page to Bryan Micon's newsletter, which I have already signed up to.

Do I just follow my nose from there to purchase or is there another link?

Cheers.

Rob.

Rob,

It's gotten a little weird since I've last checked the links because it used to send you straight to the sales page and now it sends you to the newsletter page. However, I just tested it and it worked but you may have to sign up for the newsletter again.

Go to that link, sign up for the newsletter again but you will need to use a new email address then you used the last time. After you click sign up it takes you immediately to the Micon Secrets sales page, when you click buy it takes you to another sales page that offers you a discount, then when you click buy it takes you to the payment page. At the very bottom of this page it should say

[affiliate = teachpoker]

which means you got there through my link and I will earn the commission and can give you the $15 kickback. If it doesn't say that then I am not gonna get the commission and can't give you the kickback.

Sorry for the confusion.
Cheers Bo.

PS, if you enjoyed the Micon Secrets, and you want the Micon Secrets Sit and Go Domination (which is a little cheaper and Brett also worked on) which focuses on sit and gos, use this link http://www.miconsecrets.com/go.php?offer=teachpoker&pid=9 which takes you straight to the sit and go domination sales page. If you do get that and the payment page has the [affiliate = teachpoker] at the bottom like it should, I can give you 1/2 that commission too which would be $10.

How good can this system be compared to other poker educational sites i.e. cardrunners, duecescracked, leggo, stox, etc.?

All the products I put out, I try to make very valuable to people who purchase it. I would probably say that my sit n go one I did with Micon is probably one of the best products I have put out. SnG's have always been a specialty of mine, and if you look up my stats for 200-300 SnG's you will see my strategies work against the BEST SnG players in the World. I even had a known pro, who writes for a poker magazine, come up to me at the WSOP this year and tell me he bought the SnG one and learned a lot from it and it definitely took his SnG game to another level.

Every teaching site has different things to offer, different perspectives etc., and a player can learn a lot from each, even if its just learning the thought process of another player.

Hi Gank,

After the improvement I have made from watching the SNG vids on this site I am definitely signing up for the Micon Secrets Sit and Go Domination :D

Will you give the credit PokerStars accounts too (currently I only have a PokerStars account) or Full Tilt accounts only?

Cheers

thanks for good words about the videos. Yea I can transfer you the $10 into your Pokerstars account too, make sure it says teachpoker on the payment page at the very bottom that way I will get credit for the commission.

Let me suggest to you to check out http://www.raketherake.com/?Refer=RTR09074 , it is a rakeback site meaning you get a percentage of the house rake they take from you back every week. If you sign up for a Full Tilt Poker account I would suggest you do it through them because you get 27% rakeback which can certainly help, plus they have a $20,000+ freeroll every month. If you use the link above I get credit for referring you (RTR09074) but it does not change the amount of rake back you will get, so please do use that link if you decide to sign up. Even though you get rakeback, you are still able to get the very generous sign up bonus full tilt offers when you sign up a new account from http://www.raketherake.com/?Refer=RTR09074.

Sweet. I am downloading Full Tilt now via the RakeBack site (via the referring link you provided).

You guys are a wealth of great info, I can't believe I can rake the rake! Once I have Full Tilt installed I'll sign up for the afore-mentioned SNG domination stuff.

Since I get a rake back I might have to play Full Tilt more than PokerStars now!

Thanks again
